Helping your child reach their potential

Occupational therapy helps children, teenagers and adults to be able to participate in activities that are meaningful to them. This includes activities of daily living, self-care and hygiene, school participation, hobbies, working and social activities.

Occupational Therapists assess abilities, difficulties and limitations to explore where help, support and advice are needed. They provide therapy services to assist with helping children, teens and adults to develop the skills they need. OT’s can also assist with equipment that can help improve their ability to participate in activities.
